I didn't set out to build a travel business. It started small — an experiment called Viajes con Cynthia, just to see if it would go anywhere. Sales was never my lane; my background is operations and logistics, and before that, clinical therapy. But untangling a family's travel chaos and handing back a plan that actually worked kept pulling me in — and it turned out people wanted exactly that. The quiet experiment became a real business.

When it was clearly working, I wanted to make it official — something built to last. That became Sol & Marea Travel. I'd always loved the sun and the beach; all-inclusive resorts were my thing, and cruising was the one style of travel I avoided — until I finally tried it and fell for that too. Sol for the sun, Marea for the tide: the two things I keep coming back to, and now the two things this business is built around.
 

Here's the honest part: I run on chaos — and I thrive in it. When something goes sideways, a cancelled flight or a shore excursion that falls through, I stay calm, because I've already run through it three times in my head. I know exactly what it's like to be the one holding everyone together — until the vacation turns into more work than the year you needed the break from. So I take that weight off you.
