From first hello to bon voyage

Why work with a travel advisor?

The same trip — planned better, with someone in your corner

Often, no added cost for you

Travel advisors are typically paid directly by the cruise line, resort, or tour operator, not by you. You get expert planning at the same price you’d pay booking it yourself.

Someone in your corner

Flight delays, itinerary changes, a resort that overbooked, when something goes sideways mid-trip, you have a real person to call, not a hold queue.

Real access, not guesswork.

I have relationships and tools that give you options you won’t find searching on your own, cabin categories, room views, upgrade windows, and perks that aren’t always advertised.

Planning that actually fits you.

No generic packages. I build every trip around how you specifically want to travel, solo, as a family, with a group, or for business.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

Six calm steps, start to suitcase

We did the work, now you relax. Here's exactly what happens after you reach out — no surprises, no pressure.

01

You reach out

Start with a quick intake form or book a discovery call — whichever feels easier.

04

I build your options

I research, compare, and curate a shortlist tailored to your family — never a template.

02

Discovery call

We talk through your vision, budget, and must-haves. I share a tier and ballpark price — no pressure.

05

Itinerary delivered

You get your itinerary, which kicks off a 10-business-day window to fine-tune the details.

03

Terms & planning fee

I send simple T&Cs and my planning fee. You sign off before any real planning starts.

06

Approve & book

Once you love it, I send a secure card link and book everything for you. Then you pack.

A quick note on fees

I'm transparent about money from the first call. You'll always know the planning fee and your trip's ballpark price before anything is signed — no surprises, and nothing gets booked without your okay.
